1. Malcolm X was a black rights activist.  In many of his speeches he talks about how African Americans need to take a stand for themselves. Here are some of quotes Malcolm X said “I don't even call it violence when it's in self defense; I call it intelligence.” (Malcolm X). In this line he is saying it is their moral objective to fight because they are fighting for justice.  Another example of Malcolm using Moral obligation is  "If violence is wrong in America, violence is wrong abroad. If it is wrong to be violent defending black women and black children and black babies and black men, then it is wrong for America to draft us, and make us violent abroad in defense of her. And if it is right for America to draft us, and teach us how to be violent in defense of her, then it is right for you and me to do whatever is necessary to defend our own people right here in this country." (Malcolm X). He uses classic ideology and transient claim to justify his call to action. In comparing it to fighting for America which is for the most part more morally acceptable his justifying their actions. Blacks are fighting for their rights and before hey fight for a country abroad they should be allowed to fight for equal rights in their country. If it is ok to be violent over seas is should also be allowed to be violent in America. Malcolm x also uses the tactics of turning to violence as last resort. Blacks have fought for their human rights and gotten nowhere it is now time to mace a stand and make a change. "Look at yourselves. Some of you teenagers, students. How do you think I feel and I belong to a generation ahead of you - how do you think I feel to have to tell you, 'We, my generation, sat around like a knot on a wall while the whole world was fighting for its hum an rights - and you've got to be born into a society where you still have that same fight.' What did we do, who preceded you ? I'll tell you what we did. Nothing. And don't you make the same mistake we made...." (Malcolm X)

2.     The Boston bombing can be seen as a direct attack. It was an act of violence was against the second audience, of the people at the Boston marathon. When this was shown on the news it cause fear it would happen again in other locations. It could also be seen as terrorism because of how it made the public panic. Most acts of direct action can be considered terrorism because there are acts again our country and even if it only affects a small number of people, the rest of the country will still fined out and be worried, scared and sad.

3.     I think that there is almost always another way to fined resolutions that are not violence. Violence is sometimes needed but it should be he very last resort.
